Will my windows spot or streak after you clean them?
No. The exterior glass is finished with a purified, zero-mineral water system, so it dries perfectly clear with no spots or streaks. Purified water leaves nothing behind on the glass as it dries, unlike ordinary tap water, and in a hard-water area that mineral residue is exactly what causes the spotting you see after a rushed or DIY clean.
Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?
Not for exterior-only cleaning in most cases. We just need access to a working water spigot, and we handle the rest from outside with our own water-fed system. There are two exceptions: interior window cleaning, where we need someone to let the crew into the home, and any home with exterior screens, since we’ll need you there or otherwise able to give us access to remove and clean them.
Do you clean the window tracks too?
