We offer recurring-service discounts for quarterly and monthly cleanings, along with commercial recurring contracts. Permanent lighting has its own optional maintenance plan. We don’t have a named residential membership plan.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not for most exterior work, as long as we have access to a working water spigot and any gate codes. Interior window cleaning and chandelier cleaning do require access to the home.
Do you bring your own water?
We use your home’s water supply on site. We bring our own purified-water filtration for spot-free glass and solar-panel cleaning.
What about weather or rescheduling?
