The purified water matters more than it sounds: tap water leaves mineral deposits on crystal as it dries, while zero-TDS water evaporates cleanly, so the finish comes out genuinely clear. Fixtures that need to come apart are dismantled, cleaned piece by piece, and re-dressed, and if anything is found damaged along the way, we source the replacement part before we finish.
