No, although we would love to see you and chat with you, we are able to perform all of our cleaning services without you being present at your home, as long as you allow us to have access to all parts of your property that will be requiring cleaning. This includes exterior screens. Our recurring customers who know and trust us will regularly open their home for us and then go to work or run errands while we do our job. If you are comfortable giving us access to your home without you there, for example, giving us your garage door code, we are happy to complete the job without you there. For Exterior Only window cleanings, we will only need to come in if you have exterior screens, or you can take them off for us. You will need to make sure windows are closed and locked, and we need access to your water.

• Please ensure that all of your pets and children are away from the area that we are cleaning.

Our pressure washing terms of service: We are not responsible or liable for any of the following: Pre-existing damage to any parts of your home including siding, fascia, roofing, windows, screens, concrete, pavers, stonework, brick, tile, decks, fencing, gutters, or roofing. Standard pressure washing does not include the removal of any of the following: Rust, oil, grease, glue, paint, caulk, concrete, or any other non-organic material from your surfaces.

What if it rains on the day of service?
In order for us to keep our schedule intact and promptly serve all of our customers, we do continue to schedule window cleaning jobs even if there is rain on the forecast. We are able to clean windows in light rain, but if there is heavy rainfall we will reschedule. Rain typically does not affect freshly cleaned windows, but if you happen to see any spots within 2 days please let us know, and we will touch up the windows for you for free.

Our window cleaning terms of service:
Regular window cleaning does not include the removal of any of the following:
Glue, paint, artillery fungus, calcium, mineral deposits, or any adhesives.
For any of these situations, such as removal of paint or hard water stains, a Damage Liability Waiver must be signed, and it is likely that there will be an additional charge.

If you are home during the cleaning, payment is due upon completion of our service. You may pay in the form of cash, check, or credit card. If you are not home during the cleaning service, we will email you an invoice with a link to a secure payment portal, which you can then pay with a credit/debit card or bank transfer. We also accept PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App payments. Payment is due on the day the service is completed.
