1. Request A QuoteCall, Text, or fill out our easy to complete form to receive a quick and easy quote. After gathering a small amount of information about your project, we have two ways of going about getting a quote to you. If you are able to send a picture of each side of your house so that all windows are visible to us, we will get you a quote within 24 hours. Otherwise, we are happy to send one of our friendly representatives out to your West Bloomfield home to do an in-person quote. We can get out to you within a week during our peak window washing season, but we can usually get to your estimate much faster!

2. Set A ScheduleAfter approving your window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or chandelier cleaning quote, we will get you on our schedule at our earliest availability. We are also happy to put you on our schedule months in advance, if you have a special event that you would like fresh windows for. We schedule our first appointment of the morning within a 1 hour window for arrival time, usually between 8:30-9:30am. Later appointments are scheduled within 2-hour time-frames further into the day.

3. Sit Back & RelaxOnce you’re on our schedule, there is nothing we need you to do. We will text you a reminder of your service appointment a few days in advance, and also let you know when we are on the way to your home the day of your window or gutter cleaning appointment. Our crews are trained to take caution with your trinkets, maneuvering furniture, and replacing things as they were, so you don’t need to clear any areas unless you would prefer to move things yourself.

No, we do not install gutter guards. However, we can remove gutter guards for an additional fee to provide gutter cleaning services. More often than not, gutter guards fail over time, leading to more gutter issues than they were intended to prevent.
Do you clean exterior of gutters for aesthetics?
Yes, we can clean the outside of your gutters as an additional service option.
How quickly can I get on your schedule to have our project completed?
Our schedule changes drastically throughout the year. We have a slow season in late summer and in the winter that we can usually get you in within a week and in our busy seasons(spring, the beginning of summer, and fall) we are booked out up to 5 weeks.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We have discounts available for seniors and veterans. Just ask us when we are there to provide your services or quote. We do also have two season each year that our prices are discounted. If you would like to receive our lowest prices, ask about being scheduled at these times. We offer a 10% discount from our regular prices from July 21st to September 7th. This is a slow period for our industry as most of the summer festivities are done and people are spending their time enjoying the end of summer and prepping for the school year. We also offer a 15% discount from our regular prices in the winter from January 1st to March 15th. This season is slow for us and our work quality of exterior window cleaning isn’t as perfect as in above freezing temperatures. As your spending more time indoors in the winter, if you don’t wait until spring to get your windows cleaned, you will benefit from our lowest prices of the year!
How late in the fall do you clean windows and gutters?
We clean windows all year long. We clean windows in below freezing temperatures. We use windshield washer fluid to clean exterior windows in the winter, and we can still clean your interior windows with our regular techniques. Gutter cleaning cannot be done in below freezing temperatures. Once the weather turns in late November or December, we usually can’t clean your gutters until March or April, depending on relative temperatures.
